Where to go....

Have a rare free day to go fishing tomorrow; have not been out since New Years Day. Tobacco Garden has been a dead sea, I don't have a sled or ranger, etc... to move around so would be limited to pickup and walking. Any suggestions? Would like to find some perch but really do not care at this point what I fish for. Think I will head east from Watford and look around Makoti and Hiddenwood. Not looking for specific spots... thanks

Arnegard Dam had good perch numbers as well as some hammer handle pike if youre looking to stay close to home

Yep, that is my backup if something pops up keeping me from making a drive. Caught some nice perch 2 years ago but nothing in 3 trips last year. Probably more of an indication of my ice fishing prowress than that of the quality of the lake!
