I plan, but then burning gunpowder is more fun for me. I have a seven year old Ice Castle 7X15 that I have had out seven days total. I think I will sell it when the ice forms next fall and buy a large portable. I think I would use a portable more.

you should store that for a few more years, then sell it to me cheap. I foresee using one more as I age, and work less down the road

random thought - I really hope James Holst DOES NOT do a show on the missouri this spring. The show he did on Irvine turned irvine/alice into a complete sconi orgy. Just looking out for you Bismarckians

I would love to see about 20 sconi boats come out here to try and run the river. My buddies from out east area have gotten more than one rude awakening when they try to cut a sandbar to short and end up pushing for the first two hours of the trip. Hahahaha. They usually go home early all butt hurt that they ended up pushing more than fishing.

I love watching guys with MN plates beached.

Going to be out in the boat for the third weekend in a row. Hopefully don't have to dodge any icebergs this weekend.

I'll be out on a nearby lake with short rods as well. Probably last weekend for it. Soon the river squatch will show himself when Sheyenne opens up

Nice. I'll be trying out my friends buck tails. Might need to get some tips from you.

Gotta hit the ice one more time. Taking the squirt on his sixth outing of the winter, and bring my father in law along. We're targeting slabs and tulibees...hopefully a mixed bag if we can muster it.
