Its just my opinion that i would back up with a bet, thats what wager is a bet. Im sure wishek makes a great sausage but langdon locker has been around for decades.and adding in deer into the sausage makes it even better, i personally like putting it in the air fryer comes out much better then frying in a pan.

I always put a inch or so of water in a frying pan. And cook it that way. There is no clean up to speak off.

This might sound like sacrilege, but Hornbachers actually makes some pretty good sausage. Andouille, hunters, German, country, kielbasa, polish, Cajun all pretty decent.

That 1" of water in a fry pan is a good method. Seems like the casings stay more tender that way, & the meat is nice & juicy.

365 for 12 minutes or atleast 145
The juice just runs out of it, when you cut it up, only that sucks is they wont make a specialty sausage with cheese or jalapeno, you can have them mix it and stuff it yourself

Now that it’s under new ownership their smoked sausage takes on a whole new meaning. It’s the same guy who owns the dispensary next door.
