My little girl did the same thing on both of her deer. The shot, the shakes, the hunters walk, the elation of success coupled with the subdued reverence for the animal is part and parcel of what hunting is about. The lessons learned combined with the connections to the natural world are a marvelous thing to experience and then mentor in the next generation. Good for her and Congratulations!!!!
