Neighbor's son(broke college kid) came over with their blower and I flipped him some cash. I hit the easy button.

spent 4 hrs on driveways and son spent 3 on roof today plus another hour with a roof rake.I have a many angled roof that catches huge drifts in 3 areas. Next time when I buy a house I want a simple but very steep roof.

I started my driveway at 900 and got done at 500 damn 4ft drift all the way down it and a 5ft in front of the double garage. All i can say is we better have a Jan. thaw before March shows up or we are in deep do-do.

I spent a full 6 hrs on the tractor and behind the snowblower to clear my 200 yds of driveway. I'm quickly running out of places to put the stuff. If I ever catch the SOB that is putting the geo-engineered storms this far north of the Cannonball...well, I'm gonna yell at him.

note: I'm trying to turn over a new leaf and be a gentler, kinder, kind of a-hole.

yep, you're good. ha.

Id ice it down and see how it feels in the AM.

I feel for you guys. Yuck. Cleared an entire lot today with a skid steer in about an hour so we can start excavating for a foundation. With the type of snow you've got it would have taken a week LOL!

9 hours in the blade and ran 130 miles (seems like 1/2 of it was in reverse) on county roads, only got in the ditch one time that was tough to get out, had to pull boss out as he was clear in the bottom of the ditch. bad places before blew clear in some places and new big drifts in others. gonna need a new seat in the grader by spring and its a 2016 model lol

I'm working out of town so I called in a favor from the neighbor up the hill from us. Like Ahab I also hit the easy button.

You gotta get your "shed" cleared out. Yeesh, with all the trees you have, and the curved driveway, I bet you had a mess.

i did a bit of shoveling and a wee bit of snowblowing around the house and deck. for the rest of it, i too called in a favor and avoided having to hand over any of the proceeds from the sale of my tractor and blower. next time i will probably have to pay though. regardless... what a pile of snow! the kids had fun sledding yesterday.

as a youngster living in south Fagro, the rumor was that a few of the houses in the Briarwood(millionaire neighborhood) area had heated driveways, the kind that a guy would just flip a switch and the snow would just straight up melt off.

never witnessed this awesomeness, but the rumors did abound.
