IDK, guys. Retail brick-n-mortar is pretty much dead. Maybe this will be the exception. That it's custom, fitted, high end, and soft lines combined with the extensive blue-collar and outdoorsy guys may give it a fighting chance. Hell, might just become a destination store like Scheels.

If they built that store in Williston they wouldn't be able to keep anything on the shelves. However they would have to ad FR to their lineup.
I bought a burly weight flannel shirt from Duluth. They are the best.
My son wears their flex firehose pants for work. Can't wear them out.
