I put 275/60/20 BFG AT KO2's on my Ram 1500 last fall. Dont know why I waited so long to replace the factory Goodyear Wrangler HP's. Should have did it a long time ago. One thing that was interesting during my tire search. It seemed like the BFG was way more expensive than other brands in that size. After doing more research, I came to find out that the BFGs are only offered in 8 ply in that size, where all the other tires in that size are 6 ply. If you move up to the common 3/4 ton size of 275/65/20s you can get a 10 ply in almost any tire, but then the prices were comparable to the BFGs. So for a half ton, I think the BFG was a good compromise.
My truck gets around great with them, they look the best out of any of the AT tires on the market in my opinion. Only complaint I have is they tend to throw rocks. Hopefully that comes to an end as the wear in a little more.
Oh, and Sams club was the cheapest I could find them locally. Ok Tire in Bismarck matched the Sams club price, so I bought from them.
