Concrete slab estimates for a garage??

Looking to add a detached 30'x40' garage in my backyard. I have some requests out for quotes on the concrete, but have not gotten anything back yet. Can anyone give an estimate of what I am looking at for the slab? I am in the Fargo area. It has access for the truck so it won't have to be pumped.

No grading just concrete and labor 5 grand roughly. Probably alot cheaper there than over here

when i was pricing out concrete it was 7-8 bucks a SF for concrete only, not including any gravel or grading. in bismarck a year or so ago.

i think i had quotes from 6 companies, from ma & pa to knife river. all were in that range.

I think he would be lucky to get close to 5k. My guess would be around 7-8k. If he needs any fill and gravel base it could be more.

I just had a hot tub pad poured at my house here in West Fargo - 12' x 12' with a 4' walk tied to the deck. With prep and ground work - class 5 - compaction etc the bill was $1800.
