Fricken Annoying Adds

Anybody else getting the rotten ass annoying adds with sound that you can't make stop? I can close em out but they keep blasting away. Pissin me off big time.

Mine don't make noise. I think it may be because I hit the mute button once.

If you use Firefox for your internet browser they have a fantastic ad blocker feature.

I use it and have their add blocker and still get it. I don't get it on any other sites.

I'm using chrome. I'll see if i can find the source of that ad, and ban it.

I use chrome and I don't get them. Not here anyway. I swear when you click on a story from a major network affiliate the adds on those sites are ruthless. I usually just close out and skip the story.

nothing here. and don't even think i have adblocker on this computer. using chrome. i guess i do have a little one to the right of this post and probably always have something similar next to the last post on the page. but, its muted. so, i've never noticed it. mute it eye and i think it will stay muted forever.

Chrome got so slow for me I had to quit using it. I think it's just the Dodge add that jacks with me.

I upgraded the OS on my MacBook and had ad-blockers on my previous OS that got deleted. Just today got the ad-blockers back and HAVE NOT had any ad pop-ups since.

ps: Never have had ad pop-ups with sound on my MacBook.
