Warm is good. I've got lots of walleye in the freezer.

Skeeter, nothing personal but I hope you have to put pontoons on that thing to use it.

Nov and Dec are THE BEST times to be afield whether it's with a bow, rifle, or shotgun. Fishing can wait until hunting season is done. Fishing is 24/7/365, hunting for most is but a 10-12wk window when all seasons are open concurrently that is often complexified by kiddo stuff that doesn't as often disturb fishing.

Maybe I’m being selfish. I don’t hunt much, maybe an occasional pheasant here and there. No interest in deer season. I will settle for 3 or 4 inches after thanksgiving so I can at least walk out and ice fish.

How do you like your glacier ice house. I’ve been looking into getting one. Seems they are built better than an ice castle? Thoughts.
The axel system is a little bit heavier duty than castle and the nylon straps verses cable is a huge improvement. The fit and finsish and is about the same. I do use less propane in a three day trip with the glacier than I used to with the castle.
