A San Diego man faces multiple misdemeanor hunting related citations in Hettinger County.

Myron Rick faces six counts involving guiding or outfitting without a license, exceeding a possession limit,

aiding in taking game and failing to leave identification on game birds.

He is also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the same case.

The incidents are from the fall of 2013 and the fall of 2014 all in Hettinger County.

In one case he had seven extra pheasants over the possession limit. He also is charged with aiding in concealing unlawfully taken game.

Law enforcement used two undercover hunters to help in the lengthy investigation.

Rick is scheduled to make his initial appearance on the charges in early May.

This guy should spend the rest of his life only having privileges to hunt/fish in Wisconsin, no where else on the entire globe.

Thumbs Up Nice to see it's not someone from Wisconsin for once. Fines in both states (ND,SD) are not high enough to discourage this kind of activity. They view it as part of the cost of going out of state to 'hunt'.
