Now list the property tax bill increase! ;)
Mine is Burleigh is not much at all when not attached to the house, is classified as outbuilding. I will say when I built it and what it is worth now if I sold I did damn good worth 3x price, but not selling.

My outbuilding that cost me 24k for a 28x40. Property value according to the county went up over 90k. Greedy, greedy, greedy!

If you have plumbing going in for a floor drain I would rough in a toilet at a minimum.

Building yourself or contracted? Whos doing it and how much? Update with pics if you get time during the process. I need a shop also, people say they are easy to throw up but seems like a big project to tackle alone.
Update. Going with 38’ x 48’ pole barn. 16’ sidewalls. 16x14 door
Floating Slab. Floor drain but no bathroom or water
Ty for the ideas
