Wondering where to fish for perch near ND/MT state line

Wow good luck. I guess the first question is do you want eating size perch or a bucket of stunted ones? Blacktail Dam will get you some small ones for sure. I haven't heard of any improvement there lately.

Don't waste your time in North Dakota looking for perch there's not to many left. Wisconsin guys fished them out.
