Canada Bear Hunts

In '19 I had made a post about referrals for bear hunts in canada. Had several replies. My group chose South Shore Lodge from referral from this site. Then covid hit. The owner actually gave our deposits back which is great as I heard many didn't. Anyway, we are finally talking about going again. Thinking about same location but I see his website hasn't been updated since '18. Tried calling once with no answer. Anyone know any info on this place? Or, i'm happy to hear any other CN bear ideas, locations, outfitters. Thanks

I've done two hunts at South Shore. Most recently was 2019. Both times we had a blast and almost everyone was successful. I'd recommend them to anyone. I haven't heard what's going on up there recently. John does normally do the spring boat/outdoor show circuit in ND. I first met him in Minot and signed up to hunt with him in 2016.

Very remote, very few hunters and piles of bears!
Kevin will work his butt off for you, super good guy. And in Alberta you get two bear tags as well.
Took my best bear there this spring.
