I'm not sure if the boxes on the general are the same as rangers, but I just use the Kolpin Rhino Grips to hold my K-Drill. They work great. I've been in some rough terrain and its all been fine.

I bought a polaris general so going to do some more fishing this winter now i can just drive right out of my garage to the lake. What ice auger holder that goes on the front bumper of the general have been good. It will be for a ion
Pictures when fully equipped or its still just a dream 😂

Rear chains are a huge + when bare ice, and figure out how to to secure your sled ( if pulling ) from swinging side to side. I have had mine come around all the way and crawl right up on the tires or trks. I used tie downs to each corner of the Atv, works well.

That’s my goal is not pulling a sled around. I have a rack I’m going to get where the hub will fit between a couple up rights and then a box for rods and tackle.

The topper will get in the way of hauling dog training stuff around so cant go that route
I bought two of the big Contico boxes for the back of my 900XP. I can keep my heater, livescope, vexilars, tackle boxes and all my random gear in them. I have just enough room to put buckets in between the two boxes as well. They are held in place with tarp straps and takes less than a minute to remove from the machine. Not sure what size box the general has but these have worked great for me. The lids are not sealed but I have never had snow get in them, even with tracks on which causes snow to get in just about everything. These are $150 each compared to 2500+ for a topper.

I bought this last year when we decided to do our ice camping trip. I also bought an invertor that goes on my EGO batteries.

Little CAT 2000 watt generator, about the size of the one posted, but runs on gas, rarely have to use it, but I did once have a weak battery on the ranger, and it saved me a long walk and tons of anger.

Maybe you had it with for another reason but those little lithium jump packs are pretty slick. Mine stays in my boat and then gets transferred to the ranger for the winter.
