walleye with onions and peppers and cheese melted right before taking off the grill with a side of 4 cheese Rice A Roni. not a fancy side but works with the meal. Walleye is open bake on grill in tinfoil pan

Today was reubens.
Last week when my wife and kids were gone I made steak with blue cheese butter sauce one night and a fried pork sandwich the second night.
Tomorrow will be a combo of ribs/chicken drummies/ tri tip, I think. Cook for leftovers on my "Sunday ".

Went to Garrison on Friday, stopped by Krause’s $12 a pound for T-bones and they also had baby backs for $3 a pound. (can't wait to pit them in the smoker) Grilled too medium rare with oven roasted baby yellow taters.
