    Why does one need a receipt or proof of purchase for these types of things? Isn't possession of the item itself enough proof of purchase? Never have understood this when it comes to lifetime warranty work.

    That along with access and a decline in habitat and critters. ND hunting has really declined the last 10 years IMO. A lot of that decline is a direct result of declining habitat, game animals and access.

    Legalize it, regulate it and tax it just like alcohol. I'd rather have a dude high on MJ than somebody spaced out on prescription meds that they shouldn't be taking. At least the dude smoking mj just has the munchies and doesn't want to kill me.
