    Yeah, western widows are native here and sometimes the big fat easterns show up from down south with freight. We have scorpions in ND too, in case you needed more help sleeping. down south we always had black widows around the house, they were as common as any other spider. never heard of...

    I am deathly afraid of spiders, but not tarantulas or scorpions. I can pick up handfulls of scorpions and let tarantulas crawl accross my face, but i cant get near a barn spider or a daddy longlegs....its weird, i know. - - - Updated - - -

    What will you do different this summer?

    Hopefully finally beach a 500-1,000lb shark...three years now and somethings always screwing up the shark fishing every time I go. Wind, El Nino 89 degree water, moss & sargassum, maybe this year.

    Cleaning them properly makes a huge difference, if you leave any of that tan colored meat on the fillets it ruins the flavor...but I agree, they don't taste like lobster.
