    While I HATE MPBR, if one is going to shun the LRF and turrets/holdover reticles, MPBR does then hold some merit. That 127LRX in the 6.5-300Wby vs. say a 100gn .257 projectile @ 3300 in the 25-06 nets a whopping 25-30yds extra MPBR. Congratulations??

    The 19FPS ES actually equates to only 10FPS from the mean which would cut your deviance down to ~1.25" @ 800 yds. Just like how a 2" taller tire only give you 1" more clearance, only different.

    Pyrotechnics Guild International annual convention is being held within earshot of Shorthairs/fuse. To be fair, ~10Mi is still within earshot, I say that as I'm ~8Mi away as the crow flies and I can hear them throughout the day, and I'm half-deaf.

    "Flat" is irrelevant assuming you have an LRF and are able to cypher the U/D on your elevation adjustment.

    You said the 77.5gn is 3100fps and just over .5MOA. I'd run that. You're about 1/2gn under max w/excellent case fill % (100%) and great accuracy. What's not to love?

    Smoked baked potatoes are wonderful. You could also smoke, then split, hollow them out a bit and add cheese/bacon/sour-cream.
