    Fishing Piers....

I think they're good thing. Some lakes don't have nice shores for fishing. Plus it lets disabled folks fish. I can think of way worse things to spend tax dollars on.

Kinda. But more so shaking my head at all the cranks I've bought that I just had to have but never use.

    Favorite BBQ Sauce

Try hot sauce on the pulled pork. I like the simple Lousiana hot sauce. ~$1/bottle. Chokecherry BBQ sauce from The Ranch in Devils Lake is excellent. I don't remove the membrane. Don't feel I need to.

New to bow fishing and could use some advice

I used to use those rubber finger protectors on my hunting bow before I switched to a release (quite a few years ago now). I liked them but a release has obviously made me way more accurate.

    2 person ladder stands

This is the one I use for just me. I really like it. I wouldn't be afraid to try their two-person stands. http://www.huntriversedge.com/bowman

    2 person ladder stands

Oh yah. I get it. Tried those tiny steel seats with just a cushion under me for years and only a little platform to stand on. Never again. Life is too short for miserable hunting.

    2 person ladder stands

I would add comfort to list of priorities. Hard enough to sit still in those things without your ass going numb.

    Kobe Bryant

It would be very competitive head to head. No way either team would sweep.

    Gifts from the Dogs

Apparently cats bring you dead things because they think you suck at hunting them yourself. Wonder if Royce has the same line of thinking?

    Idaho Spring Bear Hunt

The bears like to feed in berry patches that are fairly open and new growth areas. Put in your GIS work and be prepared to glass, glass, glass.

    high end meats...

I was thinking more like I buy a young one and finish it myself on the family farm. We can do our own butchering.

    Idaho Spring Bear Hunt

Good insight pluckem. Personally, I don't think I would do another bear hunt over bait. It just wasn't as exciting.

    high end meats...

What does one of those little guys run and how long does it take to finish them?
