    I got a male from a large pairing of labs, 85 lb male x 70lb female because I do a lot of goose hunting and I wanted a big dog to handle big geese. In retrospect, I probably didn't need that big of dog.

    Just finished a 25lb batch of jalapeño brats from Owens Bbq plus pepper jack cheese. Patties were great. Hope they freeze well.
