Anyone ever clean up a snapping turtle skull.

Yeah sure will give you that. Thinking about it that's probably why it's form seems so familiar to me. Between the Heritage Center the airport and the NDGS I see Trikes all the the time and it's form must have become imprinted on my mind. I do find myself torn on this since a turtle big enough...

Anyone ever clean up a snapping turtle skull.

Thinking if I get a big one after the first of July that this looks like a fun project to try. Just checking to see if any of you have tried it before.

    Water clarity Question

Looks like it starts getting better at new town but one would have to get to vanhook and south to truly clearer water.

    Bluegill spawn

Actually we used to have pike in here but the bluegills killed them off over time. With so many gills any fish that does not guard their eggs will fail. The gills in here generally spawn 3 to 4 times a year with this particular time being the largest with another good go in early August.

    Bluegill spawn

Yeah they are hyper aggressive guarding the nest. Here is a little video showing them chasing off any intruders. http://vid77.photobucket.com/albums/j73/deannelson1/Mobile%20Uploads/VID_20160620_113220720_zpsxcuhqcet.mp4

    Bluegill spawn

Well for those that like to chase gills the bulls are up on the beds and feisty as ever! Water is a little murky right now for some reasons so you can only see the 25% up shallow enough to be seen but there are tons of them anywhere there is a sandy bottom. Would have to assume this is going on...

    Watch out up north tonight

You talking about the one I posted? If so that's not their pick it's ours. Buddy took it as the twister was going through baker. This is us circled in yellow. It definitely makes us look closer then we were.

    Watch out up north tonight

He's not cruising the left lane he's passing. They are ballsier with how close they get then we are so as the truck slowed to pull off they went past to get closer. That's highway 7 in Montana.

    Watch out up north tonight

No its a DOW Doppler On Wheels. They chase storms with them so they can get up close then scan the storm so they can get high resolution data on storms to better understand how they work especially when it comes to tornados. You only see these in your area if it's going to get bad such as last...

    Watch out up north tonight

Well with how bad the storms have been the last couple nights it looks like your turn will be tonight and the atmosphere is the most unstable day of all. Never good sign when you see a couple of these heading north up 83. This one is from last week just outside of Baker MT but saw two with some...

    Snapping turtle

Put out three carp last night to see what would happen. One is gone one just has a head and the third is 50% striped. Deffently don't think I would dangle my toes off the dock anytime soon.

    Storm 6/17

Oh if you have your crop insured the white combine is often your friend. This is especially true in low price years since you get much of the value of the crop but none of the fuel and machine maintenance costs.

    Storm 6/17

NWS has bismarck listed as 3.25 which falls between tea cup and softball! Down on the south side I got all of about four pieces of hail that were pea sized and that was it. The hail in north bismarck was pushed by winds to 70 as well so it's going to be a mess. For those of us that didn't get...
