    Same here. As much as I'd love to be able to take all my rods in one box, it's just easier to keep four in a pack. Less tangles. Less headache. Then I have them split between my walleye rods and panfish rods. So if I'm only targeting one, I can leave half my arsenal in the truck.

    What BFishn said. I got Helix 5 DI with Navionics+ for a steal from Cabela's. $309.99 shipped. Didn't even realize I could use it ice fishing until after it was on its way. So for about $100 more, I can get the ducer and power cable and be ready to rock this ice season.

He gets to spend another night at the vet, and I get to start piling up hunting, shooting and fishing equipment for a yard sale...

    The only time I use jerk raps is when I'm on Red Lake...and we're usually in 14 feet or less. I'm fine with the lighter Jackals. But props to you for incredible customer service!
