1 year fishing licenses?

Change does not always equal progress. If there was some great societal need or social injustice, I'd be on board. However, in the grand scheme of life, don't we have something more important to tackle?

For example, there's the time honored question of: Blondes, brunettes, redheads, or Asian? I've still not found a unified voice on this one.

I actually purchased my new family fishing license about a week ago, so take that. Its still only good for 365, but I got an extra week of having it in my billfold out of the deal..
