Anyone try this seasoning yet? thinking about trying it this year and adding some sauerkraut to it. I think it could either be a slam dunk and taste like a turd, thoughts?
Not sure about adding the kraut inside the brat but I would for sure be adding it on the bun. Putting it inside might make the taste of sauerkraut either too strong or change the flavor a little.
I had sausage with sauekraut in one time the taste was fine but the looks of pulling out sauekraut after a bite wasn't appetizing to so I would just add it to the bun on the side. Most of the seasonings I have gotten from Owen's have been good haven't tried the Ruben one yet
