Skip the 20 and get the 21. The cost diff is minimal and mostly only for the bigger engine that the 21s are rated for. Heck, power the 21 with a 300 which is more than adequate and I bet the cost difference is less than a few grand all thing being equal. The ride, room, storage, and comfort will be better on the 21 also. Really, the only reason to get a 20 is if your storage or garage won’t fit the extra 1ft to foot and a half. I’ve never understood the desire to run a 20 ftr of any brand or figured out there popularity over the same brands 21.
and before someone jumps me, I’m all about maxing out the hp for a given hull however if it means the difference between a 20 ft boat with a 300 or a 21 ft boat with a 300, I’ll take the 21 every day of the week.
