I'm a fan of individual sports over team sports so I have watched her a few times . She has been in the runnings before and she is very capable to pull this off but ...... I can't say it ... Like mentioning the word shutout during a hockey game. She looked like she was mentally prepared with a nonchalant attitude today. It would be big.

I watched the Women's Open saturday. Amy is in the hunt at one stroke back. Leader Shibuno bogied the last hole to bring alot of golfers back in to it. I think there are only like 4 women under par. Leader is -4 Amy is -3.. Hope she pulls it off. I will be watching it instead of NFL!

She played very well yesterday. Poised and comfortable. She is also so well spoken in front of the camera. Watched her play in Phoenix a couple years ago, she had a hole in one, there as well. Was standing outside the rope when she came up to a green. A couple from Iowa looked her up and commented, "She's from ND, didn't realize they played golf in ND." WTH, they were from Iowa, it's not that far away. Truth is that we don't play 12 months of the year but ND does have more golf courses/capita than any other state.

She is married to Grant Olson linebacker coach at NDSU. His father passed away the other day and her tee time was delayed to weather until today. Hope she can overcome and win.

Wish we could watch the final round as not going to be on regular TV. Have to get Golf channel to watch is what they said yesterday.

They showed her hole in one yesterday. Sure was exciting to watch her reaction.
