I'm a MacBook guy … have been an Apple user for ever. I spend summers on Metigoshe and winters in San Jose, CA. We left ND today and are in Billings tonight. Every time I open Safari and change the "Time and Date" to a new time zone (which I did today), Safari loses all my history (a good thing if I died enroute) but mostly unappreciated the rest of the time. Any MacBook guys have any ideas???

I also am a Macbook guy but I have never had that problem that I am aware of. I believe my MacBook and Safari change it automatically but I am not sure. The apple forums might be able to help. Good Luck!

OK, I didn't open my MacBook last night in Nevada, and we got home to SJ this afternoon. When I opened my laptop this evening, I opened the "Time and Date" preferences and it found our location thru GPS and changed the time. THEN I opened my browser (Safari) and when it was loaded it had all of my history - even the history that didn't appear when I opened Safari in Billings on Thursday night. Weird!!!
