Anyone grow honeyberries?

where do you guys get your honey berries and grapes?

i put some grapes in the ground i got at wally world this spring. i don't think any of them took. 6 of the darn things.

I'm picking up some honeyberries from Lycanthrope. He has a very good price on them if you compare some of the nurseries.

The honeyberry bushes I got From lycan we’re excellent looking plants, if they don’t take it’s all on me. Screwed up my back some and haven’t been put to water in a week.

I've got some extra plants available this spring again if anyone wants some. For honeyberry, I've got beast, blizzard, and honey bee. Also hazelnuts i started in my garden last spring from ND bred seeds i got from Riverbend hazelnuts. All are fairly limited numbers and i can't ship if needed until the ground thaws. I'm in Bismarck for those who don't know, local pickup is fine also.

No, I know a place south of bismarck that has all the nettles you could ever want, if you need some, havent been there in a few years but I doubt its changed...

That Red River clay seems to suit those berries very well. Mine don't get nearly that large.

Some of mine are getting near ready also. I didnt do a great job netting my bushes this year so the birds are having a good time eating most of them. I dont mind them on the tart side so I grab a handful here and there of the not quite ripe ones before the birds get them all.
