Bolt on hitch

I just bought a camper and would like to install a hitch on the rear of the camper that would allow me to tandem pull my boat. What would you all recommend for a bolt-on application?

I had Magic Mile welding install one for me. He beefs up the bumper on the camper as they have a tendency to be of light material. I think it was around $300
