IMHO that's still not insurmountable if the case. I hope he opened ^^^^ Obi's link. This thread may metastasize and drive the value into a bubble once folks realize the subtext of "whacky" shotgun threads.

If it were mine , I'd block off the safety mechanism and fill in the missing wood with filler and form it and then camo wrap the stock. I know It's not the proper way but it's just how I roll because I enjoy the challenge of fixing things like that.

Or , wood and a dremel tool . I surprised my artless self just when I made a new forearm for an antique single shot 22. It's amazing what a guy can do with a hunk of wood and a dremel kit.
