I want one that takes "Devils Lake Scum" off of a boat while leaving paint/gel coat behind.

I was going to recommend loaning your boat to Riverfisher because he seems to know how to keep a shine on a hull. Then saw that you wished to keep the paint. Yeah, that DL foam is a real treat. Just as bad as the July/Aug bug hatch that splattered all over my Toon when dragging it back and forth between New Town and Bismarck this past summer. Yuck!
