gst is getting moist just thinking about the trouble he can cause on future threads - truly bizarre psychology
oops, almost forgot
ah come on guy why not just stop an admit if it is people who are causing the federal govt to close access to PUBLIC lands which these people own..............why would it be a stretch to admit it is these same people or types that are responsible for private lands being closed to access?
I mean wouldn;t that actually make sense?

So your constantly saying slobs are causing private land to become closed. Now people support an effort to limit destruction on public land and you disagree. The game and fish has done a great job in making plenty of handicap accessible fishing docks all over the state. Maybe you should take your budy to one someday.
You seem to like the idle threat of the trespass bill these days... Makes me want to stay away from ND raised beef.
Where have I disagreed that slobs are the reason the corp is putting up fence making access more difficult?
The NDG&F are not the CORP.
I actively opposed the last trespass bill, it was poorly written and would have had many unintended consequences.
The next one will likely be better thought out and presented and with statements such as what sportsmen themselves are saying on here, how would they maintain credibility demanding the govt close or limit access but yet demand private lands not be closed to access state wide?
It might not be as "idle" as you would believe.
If you wish ot miss out on the tasty morsels of ND raised beef out of spite , that is certainly your choice.

what irks me is that back in the day it was one in a thousand were jerks - so it was toleratable levels of a$$hattery
and the violator usually got his a$$ chewed and changed his tune
these days it seems like one in ten and everyone's afraid to call out a violator because of risk of violence/retribution
"People are PIGS. . Post it all!!!! Those that have to work to get access tend to NOT abuse it as it took some personal effort which adds "Value" for people which lends itself to keeping an area clean and enjoyable. Ease of access lends itself to littering, vandalism, and general dumb fluckery."
So if someone stood in front of our legislature and testified with the above statement as to why we need a state trespass bill what answer would you have for them?
Legislators expect a bit more than "
PFFT".
