yes.. flex your arrows... im quite lucky nothing went into my arm when this one broke on me, but let me tell you... it wasnt a pleasant feeling, all i could think about was the pictures posted above and how easily that could have been me.

I wonder if the arrow through the hand is like when you cut yourself, but it happens so fast it doesnt really hurt right away, but you are just like DAMN this sucks....

Ok, I've seen enough of the arrow in the hand pictures that it doesn't bother me much but the hook in the finger. damnit.


On a side note, I'll still shoot my carbon arrows.

There must be something wrong with me because I start laughing when I see these. AND, yes, I have been the recipient of a hook in the hand. I know exactly how much it sucks!

Royce took a swipe at a perch recently as I swung it over the gunnel and got hooked in lower lip. Nice and deep. I had to head lock him in my legs as I went to town quickly cutting the trebles up with a side cutters (almost getting hooked myself).

Finally got it whittled down to the last single hook. Tried to push it out - THAT DIDN'T WORK. So I pulled back on it hard/slow and it slipped back out. I was worn out when it was over.

15 minutes later he was back at it trying to catch flying fish. ;:;banghead
