Help with Evinrude outboard

I need some help/advice for my outboard. The engine itself is fine but when I trim down the mount rubs against the mount on the transom and is visibly grinding on itself. Is this an alignment issue or is there something else wrong? Any advice on which service center I can take this to or if I can fix myself? I am located in Minot.

Shouldn't it have a limiter? So it can only trim down so far.

What's the gap on the other side

There isn't much gap. Looks like what I've seen on other boats

looks like somethings bent. Maybe the trim bushings are worn out also.
