Note the fact the warning doesn't even go into MT peak looks to be 23.3! hell you don't even get to the first oil wells till 24!

Not to mention she got to roughly the same level in 2012 2014 and 2015.

mountains are just starting to dump water, will stay high awhile. In 2011 by this point we had already recieved a years(and then some) worth of rain piled on top of a record season of snowfall. Dry as hell this spring.

The NWS warning said the WMA might "flood". The bigger concern would be if the WMA doesn't take on water at least once a year.

Calling this a repeat of 2011 is not based in facts, by any stretch of the imagination. The mountain runoff is just starting to hit its stride as warm weather is forecast for the snow covered areas.


Dean, where did you get the info that no oil wells were impacted until a stage of 24 ft? I am pretty sure I've seen pics of oil wells surrounded by water at stages of around 22 ft, but maybe the berms and roads to those wells have been raised?
