I spent the day playing with my new iphone, mowed the grass one last time, washed the cars and truck, and cleaned the house a bit.

I spent the morning having coffee with my Dad, sent my daughter to school, spent the rest of the day with my wife, took a nap, tried to get a young lady her first buck, played with the dog a bit, just finished a movie with the entire family sitting on the couch munching on snacks, and now I'm going to get a drink before going to bed. NOT a bad last day on earth. Even if it ends up being my last day on earth.

Hmm. Well, I guess the point is moot now, since it's 4:30 on Saturday, and it don't look like the world is going to end anytime soon.

However, I did spend about three hours last night standing in the river, trying to fool the old wiley walleye (and absolutely NOT thinking about that damn Pennywise the Dancing Clown movie, that I watched on Wednesday night).

I had the place all to myself. No other fisherfolk, no walleyes, and no clowns.
