Oh it's not all that great ...hell we only managed to stay above 60 for a few hours today and the sunset at the river was sub par at best! :;:muahaha

Somewhere around 80 boats out from fox to Hazelton and that's not counting the mandan side. Few guys are using Hazelton ...looks like they knocked down the ice on the ramp by 50% but its still got a hell of a speed bump so getting the big rangers out might be interesting. 35 rigs out at the gun range so the spring bug has clearly hit most people.

Not sure for the boats but beaver was slow when I was there. There were over 30 groups out on the bay and i had to wait for my buddy so watched from the road for a half hour and only saw two of the approximately 100 people catch fish a small perch and a crappie. I'm sure others did catch but thats what I saw. Has anyone checked fort rices ramp? The river channel is now open to just below the school at cannonball. I could see it's open at Fort rice but it was to far to see if there was any ice on the bottom of the ramp.

Kayakers just went by our place heading towards Fox Island boat landing. Quite certain that I have not seen Kayaks on the Missouri in Feb before.
