I am wondering if any has come across a hybrid camper ice house. I currently have a pop-up and am trying to convince my wife that we should get one of those ice castle that are a hybrid. Her biggest hang up is privacy for the "master area".

When camping this last time I saw a hard side camper with a foldout slide kinda like a popup. Does anyone know or heard of an ice house that has the back section like this?

I know ice castle has custom built some that have a "master" bedroom that is closed off. Would image you'd be in the 26'+ range to do that though.

Wife and kids and I to a lesser degree, were kinda leaning towards an ice castle. That was until I fished out of one. It is a better camper than ice fishing house in my often feeble mind. And even then it is not the greatest camper either. I like separate sleeping quarters and I also do not like to sit side saddle to jig. So down the road, it will be a camper we all like and if I ever get an ice house, it will be a 12 - 14' fairly easy to move and dedicated to fishing.

Anywho to answer the question on the pop up, I have not seen one. I wonder if a toy hauler camper could be rigged to fish out of?

Look at the Team Lodge fish houses. My brother and I both have one. They are by far the best house for fishing out of and can be used for a camper also.
