I've soaked (silver skin removed) ribs overnight in cider, rubbed a lot of dry shit and nested in a Baby Ray's foil bathtub/case/sauna with a good splash of liquid smoke in the oven @170 for eight/more hours.I was going to do ribs, but my kids are around and don't love them. They were content with my brisket & burnt ends, homemade buns, and homemade fries. I'll "settle" for that if I can't have ribs. Guess ribs will be next weekend.You need some different kids
