I always thought there were no laws in Mandan......thus I find everyone innocent of misdemeanors regardless what the evidence says

I think once you show up for a trial, they realize you are good to keep summoning, give you some sort of preference points or some bullshit so you get summoned more in the future.

I have never been summoned and I would like to keep it that way. It's guilty until proven innocent right?
