I'm the one on the left!
Braddock Dam was hot that day.
What's worse? A guy cleaning a few big fish or the guy with a camper on devils who kills 500 fish between 13-17" fish every summer?
Walleye are basically a garbage fish. I'd eat a carp from the Maple River over them any day.;:;popcorn
tourney fish are released, come weigh-in if said walleyes are dead anglers will lose points so they do the best they can to keep walleyes fresh so they can be released after weigh-in.
Not true.
NDGF regs have all tourneys within the state catch and kill from sometime early july to sometime late August (cant Yuprecall exact dates. NWT last week was catch and kill. Tourneys earlier and later can be C&R and all year long can be CPR format.[/QUO
This is a fact. Governors cup is catch and kill. I've never fished the DWC classic, but I believe is the same. Isn't is actually illegal to release any fish once it is in your live well? Wouldn't that make any tournament other than Catch, Measure, Picture and Release tournaments like the AIM series a catch and kill event?

Unless applied for and approval received from Game and Fish. As an individual, I cannot release my fish; but the tourney organization can. Lets say I am in a May C&R format tourney in which I can have 7 in the well and weigh my biggest 5. It would be illegal for me to release the 2 extras after they hit the well; but not illegal for the org. to release the 5 I weighed.
