Anyone have a suggestion as to what kind of glue to re-attach it. Must have been some wax or something on the old one. Imagine if I call the G&F they will want another $36 for a new one.

If it were me, I'd just carry it in the glove box and present to warden if/when I get checked. Unless your a mischievous boater with a high likelihood of Busch lights consumed, then I'd gorilla glue the shit outta that thing

Pedro, I had considered tucking it in with my fishing license. Think the wardens would take issue with that? I may have a brew or two during the day but nothing excessive.

Do you think Gorilla Glue would do the trick? Doesn't that stuff expand like spray foam insulation?

Cover in clear packing tape, that crap will really stick. Maybe clean with rubbing alcohol first.

Who knows what would make them stick. They won't own up to the fact that they have different adhesive this year. Many people are having issues.

Peeled off the old one, cleaned the area with a little rubbing alcohol, stuck on the new one. No issues yet. Did you slobs remember to wipe the Dorito grease off your fingers before applying the new one?

Wife had some Elmer's spray adhesive in her craft room so I cleaned the boat up with denatured alcohol and stuck the license back on. Seems to have stuck....hope so but will have to wait to see.
