Chianti would have been excellent. But I did Barrit's ginger beer and Pusser's pre-dinner and came to the plate hot for consumption - Ha ha.

It was great - but truth is any shroom would work. That sauce was amazing but overwhelmed the lobster to a degree. Will be putting this one in Paprika for the sauce alone.

It might be the German from Russia in me that insists on cottage cheese and ultra crunchy garlic toast with any pasta. It's sacriligious not to have it with pasta at our house.

I've played a lotta pool in your fair city. I only call it billiards because I'm in the swimming pool biz, and trying to keep the two separate. That, and they call is billiards on Cheers re-runs. LOL
