Should be an easy regional if UND plays their game. UMD always scares me though as they are the defending champs and always make a push in the playoffs. The Loveland regional should be some interesting hockey too.

I was at the game two years ago when American International beat then-number 1 St. Cloud (with the help of several former Bismarck Bobcats). I have never seen a group of poorer losers than the St. Cloud fans. Threw stuff on the ice, booed, generally acted like spoiled brats. I agree that if UND plays to their potential they should win, but AI got where they are for a reason.

I hate Michigan, I like Omaha playing MN, I also like Mankato in that bracket...I also like UMass and WI beating up on each other, hopefully St. Cloud can pull it together and play BC tough ... all in all I am not disappointed with the brackets...there will be a lot of Hockey on my TV this weekend

Pairwise (RPI) is out the window due to no interconference games. The calculations might just be automatic, but they are being ignored. Looks like the committee has made it a traditional 1-16, 2-15, 3-14, etc. type for the regionals. UND is the 1 overall seed with AIC as the 16.

In order to watch UND football here in CA my brother and I subscribed to ESPN+ for $5.99/month. We get ESPNU there. You can cancel at any time, and we will after FB season is over but we will get the Fargo Regional Hockey Tourney also. $5.99 is lots less than a ticket at the REA!

Anyone know how you can stream ESPN3? Is it part of an ESPN+ bundle or what? I am not seeing much info online.

ESPN3 is included with ESPN+ but ESPN2 and ESPNU are not included from what I can tell. It's a mess trying to figure out how to watch all the UND games , Not sure what I'll do. I guess go on an Easter egg hunt looking for free 7 day trial offers that will cover the games. They all want your money but none want to carry more than one or two good channels , I guess that's the reason why I chopped the cord.
