Thought u were a snow goose hunting guide?
if spending countless hours and money taking family and friends and friends and family of theirs as well as many first timers and landowners all for a hefty sum of zero dollars then i suppose you could call me that. i have all the necessary tools and skills to be a guide however i wouldnt consider for a second taking a dime for something i was taught was for all nodakers to enjoy. i will however "guide" anyone, esp. youth or those w/o the equipment for a small fee of nothing more than comrade and fun in the field. lifes too goddamn short for this guiding circus shit. get out and explore on your own. its half the fun.

There is an old Geology phrase "the present is the key to the past", and if you reword that a touch, I think you will see how Having a lodge will probably work in these times: "the past is the key to the future". Meaning, it more than likely will not work for more than a couple years at best -- just going off of what has happened to other places that have tried to start up. Best example is Slater's Resort, I believe it was called -- pro sport money, just did not work. My two cents.

svn would be disappointed in you "Kenneth"

a true Kenneth would have known that subtle joke and have heard it 1,000 times

Best R.E.M. song EVER. My 16 year old son just learned how to play this on guitar. I just flat out dig it.

Heh, Hey ya Trip, Yes I am alive and kicking and my brother is doing great, but the oil field is keeping him busy even in this slow down. Beer is king and I am up for one any time -- tall, red with clamato, and with a couple of olives -- damned neared like a meal! Oh, and that is any time just give me a call.
