The winner for highest price at the boat show today was a GL pro V 219 loaded with 350. Allot of boat... 92+K. Wowza. Some nice ones there today. Ranger 621 loaded with 350 at 87ish I think. Aaron, did not see ugly gray dude at the Yar space?

I didn't get there until about 5. Will be there all day today though.

Something to look at is Evinrude 10 yr warranty. They offer through April 2018 with current deal. Whats the consensus on the G2's?

That looks like a 150 - -- the 150s have not had any problems --- i attest -- i put a water pump in mine beyond the 3 year -- beyond that the thing hasnt seen a shop -- the rest of the maintenance is easy.

Made my mind up today. 2015 Ranger 1880 Angler with Yamahas (175/T9). Only damn thing I need to buy are rod holders.

Sweet! Nice choice.

Let's be honest, the windshield is for JayKay, right?

Well went to boat show with mind made up, Nitro or Yarcraft, left with a Triton 206...

I liked the lay out and price of the Triton, a lot off nice usable features. The salesman/Triton Pros were great to work with and very knowable, also sold me on the customer service. Just my opinion.

Has triton stopped putting the livewell, baitwell and cooler on the transom? Seeing that layout made me think she’s going to be slow out of the gate.

I would guess Larson. Not sure if they have glitter or not. Unless there’s a recon dealer in Minot.

They do have sparkles but are ultra-fine. New 17 holdover 2020 Larson walkthrough with captians chairs, kicker, bowmount, rod holders, etc (only thing needed was a bow graph) for $58795. I did not see recon or Tuffy there which may have given Larson a run for the least expensive sparkly boat there.

I've always like the look of those Tuffy boats and the recons aren't hard to look at either. Just never had the opportunity to sit in either. I'm still weary of Larson boats. The cost is a "too good to be true" scenario.

I have spent alot of time in the Larson. I do believe, for the cost, they are quite a value. You can see where they cut corners very easily (ie: ultra thin gel coat, limited color options, no real true dry storage, limited sparkles, etc). However, they are laid out VERY WELL and very fishable. The hull tweaks on the 2020 in the 2017 model year helped that boat immensely. Warranty is lifetime to the original owner on the hull but I am unsure if transferrable and only 1 or 2 years on "other items" (seats, etc).

I will stick with my Yar Crafts.
