I like both states. From ND, live in SD now. I will say the winters can be shorter down here, that's a plus.

I prefer ND. Born and raised here. Don't think I'll ever leave, but if I did glacial lakes area in SD would be at the top of my list. Adam Vinaterri is from S.D.

You mean herds of bison I can see that since that have more grazing land.

Who's got bigger state record wildlife and fish records who has more famous people actors athletes polititions, I know very little about South Dakota so

As of right now ND would probably have the edge but SD's January Jones ain't bad albeit she's only from about 6 feet south of the ND border.

Lived in SD my whole life. Solid state and think ND has to be pretty comparable. However, we have Sioux Falls. So with that being said..ND wins. SF is a cancer to our state.

If only we could combine all the good parts of ND, SD, MN, WY, MT, ID we would have one hell of a state. Alaska is probably pretty close to that, but I've never been.

I can go with all of those but MN there is nothing there to offer that those other states dont have and better

Northern MN is pretty unique. I would argue you could leave out SD but i was being nice:). The other states make up for SD big game, and ND has the upland, waterfowl, walleye, perch(ice fishing).

trees and mosquitoes are unique? we have more pheasants all the waterfowl passes through here and there perch in almost every slew and we have caps on nr waterfowl hunters. No deer or goats and only hunt elk once in a lifetime so......

disclaimer this is all in good fun and any one with sand in the vag just relax

If the Missouri separated the 2 states rather than the weird invisible line they have now, western Dakota would kick way more ass than eastern Dakota.
But since it doesn't work that way, ND is neater.
