The first to bite on all of this bs going on...on this site. Why is there so many trying to bring it down? Why is everyone against each other? Are we not trying to be together on all of this shit? This x 1000. V has put together a great thing, that was really fun to read with the fun banter, lots of witty comments and some opinions mixed in. But as you said now everything just turns into a pissing match. And for what? From what I read on here, there are a certain few that just love to hear themselves talk. And we all know what we think of that kind of person in public, but online it gets blown up even worse. I have been wanting to say something for a while as I dont post, but this last bs with the tag thing is too much. Its time to check the ego's before you sit down to read. Again thanks V for a great site, I hope others can see past some of their differences,and just enjoy this as was intended. And yes we have an awesome state to enjoy many outdoor activities. Nothing in every system,government nor person is perfect. Sometimes we do have to accept things as they are even if it doesnt benefit us . That is just how life is. Ok. Got that off my chest. It is a great site, but it's a bunch of guys and gals with opinions. Hearing everyone's is what it's about. I personally am not on here looking for rainbows and unicorns...

This site is stronger than ever IMO. I'm not worried about that at all. Strong opinions are the fuel that runs this thing. If nobody ever squabbled, fought, got mad, called someone names, or did anything else conflictory, this site would be B. O. R. I. N. G. I like the mix here on NDA myself. I'd probably not be as active if everyone agreed with everyone else. I'll fight until it's not worth fighting anymore and move on. NDA isn't where issues are decided. That's done in Bismarck and on election day. That's where it counts and where it matters. What goes on here is entertainment and information sharing. Take what you want from it and discard the rest. I learn something new on here almost every day I log on. If I didn't I'd go somewhere else. Well, enough "touchy feely crap". I wasn't trying to come off that the site is going down. I know I don't have to click on the thread either. And I also know the same topics come up every year. Just kind of gets a little old for me anyways.

The damn hermit hunters are always trying to stir shit with group hunters, and desperately trying to get into the ears of the game and fish to put an end to the rifle season. End the bow season the weekend before pheasants and most of the hunting problems this state faces will be solved.

Also the lake isn’t freezing fast enough and that is pissing me off. And if the Vikings win the next two weeks, that means they might be for real, and we’ll have the pleasure of having our hearts ripped out thanks to their shitty kicker.

I agree with the original poster. This site became popular after so many people left fishingbuddy because of all of the fighting and bickering. I remember the first people to post on here were so happy that finally they found a site that would discuss hunting and fishing without all of the bickering. Now that's all that seems to happen to every post.

For example, a few months ago I ask about deer hunting around the Cooperstown area and I get blasted by KDM and others for daring to make the observation that I didn't see much posted land. People apparently have a hard time moderating their posts without sounding like jerks.
