Guywhopimps, this answers so many questions I've had.

I'd very interested to learn about the nuances of raising bison vs cattle.

One beef cow is about as much work as 20 head of buffalo. More care, more and better feed, more prone to sickness.

So Bison are EASIER to care for then cattle?? I always heard bison were ornery and tear up fences, a real pain in the ass. So bison are easier than cattle? I'd seriously like to get into raising a handful of bison if it's feasible.

Mostly residential custom, european style. Bookcases or some built-ins will get a face frame.

Very nice, I enjoy working with wood, worked for a custom cabinet shop in Grand Forks for a couple of years. Mostly face frame with raised paneled doors I love the smell of cherry wood. My job was dovetail drawers, drawer fronts, custom railing for drawer slides, shelves with 3/4 inch stock wood the same as the wood frames. All the sanding by hand, staining, all the hardware, and install. It is a honest job when you are building $500,000+ custom homes. Every piece of base, crown molding, corner blocks, window/door casing and solid wood doors were sanded by hand. 2 sealer coats and 2 finish coats, which you guessed it hand sanded with 120 grit.
